After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Ferris State University, Minister Paula Blouin, accepted the call of God upon her life and prepared herself for the ministry. In 1997, she completed ministry training from Word of Faith Bible Training Center in Southfield, Michigan under the tutelage of Bishop Keith A. Butler.

She has served faithfully in the Helps Ministry alongside her loving husband, Pastor David Blouin. Her experience includes: special ministry to women, outreach and Bible training for students called to the five-fold ministry.

Minister Paula has traveled, served in various capacities and acquired valuable wisdom with Pastor Blouin from the various leadership roles she has held in ministries around the world, including London, England. She currently serves as the Senior Minister of ICCF.

She, with her husband, has noted a special purpose in her heart for reaching families with compassion and love. Like Pastor Blouin, she proudly recognizes that her first ministry is to be a devoted and supportive wife to her husband and loving mother to their boys, Jeremiah and Josiah.

In her spare time, Minister Paula enjoys race cars.
